Every time a purchase is made from a creator's wishlist, the funds are instantly sent to the creator's connected Stripe account.

Creators on our platform receive 100% of the funds for any purchases made from their wishlist.

Memberships grant fans exclusive access to private posts from creators they support. Fans sign up for a monthly fee, enjoying unique content while providing steady support to creators. It’s a simple, direct way to engage with and contribute to the creative process. Fans can cancel anytime, ensuring flexibility and freedom.

There are no fees for creators, they receive 100% of the revenue generated by their page. There is a flat 10% + 1 USD/GBP/AUD/CAD/EUR fee per transaction for fans.

We allow creators to freely curate their own wishlists. As long as the intended gifts comply with our company Terms of Service agreement. Please refer to those specific gifting guidelines set forth on the Acceptable Use Policy outlined within clause 3.3, of Tributify Terms of Service, for creating a wishlist.

Not all items are acceptable on the platform for gifts. While some items may not be illegal to your jurisdiction, they still may be unacceptable for Tributify’s company policy. For some examples of these gifting limitations; items that promote implied violence, drug paraphernalia, or items that are of a mature sexual nature are not acceptable gifts on the site. Please follow policy guidelines when creating your gift items.

Everything on our platform is handled by Stripe. No personal information or payment information is stored on our servers. Creator info will not be shared with fans, and fan info will not be shared with creators.

We use Stripe to securely process payouts. When a purchase takes place on your wishlist, the funds are immediately deposited into your Stripe account. Stripe then automatically deposits your funds into your bank account. According to Stripe, it takes 7-14 days for the first payout to arrive in your bank account. Though most creators have reported that the first payout can arrive in as fast as 2 days. Funds from following payouts usually arrive in 2-5 business days.

Gifts are non-refundable as they are considered a form of support without service exchange. However, membership fees may be eligible for refunds under certain circumstances, such as non-delivery of promised content. For membership refund requests, fans should contact Creators directly. We prioritize protecting our creators from fraud and chargebacks while ensuring fairness for subscribers.
